As we emerge from Covid-19 lock-down and stores and restaurants re-open, retailers will fundamentally rethink their operating models.

From an organisations design perspective, we’re helping our clients think about how they optimise  and re-build their teams both through the transitions and for the long term.  Online sales are likely to remain higher than they were Pre-Covid and businesses will need to drive web sales with strong e-commerce teams. Some businesses are creating new channels, for example we are working with one wholesaler to implement a new Direct to Consumer business by Christmas. As stores open, retailers will aim to build lean teams that can create inspirational experiences.
