Our two-year programme has been especially designed to provide you with the necessary training and Consulting skills to enable your growth and development. You'll benefit from specific training and coaching to develop your business, personal and technical skills which you can use across the network, and throughout your career.
You’ll work with a variety of clients from the start, on projects that have a genuine business impact. You’ll be thinking and innovating with colleagues to solve challenging and often complex problems. You will have the opportunity to support with writing communications, creating training content, attending workshops, building process roadmap and documentations.
