Joining CMG as a Post-Graduate
We hire a small number of post-graduates each year to join us as consultants. You will learn by being part of the work - joining project teams early and building your skills through real client exposure. From the outset, you will work alongside experienced consultants and gain practical experience of how transformation and change are delivered in practice.
What that looks like
As a post-graduate at CMG, you will quickly get involved in the day-to-day delivery of client projects. This could include supporting a large-scale technology or AI implementation, or helping clients design and embed a new operating model.
You might conduct analysis, map processes, prepare client materials, contribute to workshops or work alongside teams to help deliver and embed change. You’ll see first-hand how projects drive adoption, build capability and deliver value across client organisations.
Every project is different, but you will contribute from early on, building experience through real delivery rather than observation.
How you will develop
You will develop your consulting skills through a mix of experience, support and feedback. Working alongside experienced consultants, you will receive coaching as you go and take on increasing responsibility over time.
We focus on practical learning and continuous development, helping you build the capability to contribute to delivering successful transformation outcomes.
