Project Summary

We partnered with Flying Tiger Copenhagen to implement a strategic roadmap aimed at driving customer growth and gathering valuable insights. A key initiative was the launch of their first global customer loyalty program, “Customer Club.”

Our team led the entire process, from defining the solution approach to selecting technology partners and designing the loyalty program. We successfully launched Flying Tiger’s first global mobile app integrated with Antavo’s loyalty cloud platform and Klaviyo’s marketing automation tools.

The Customer Club was initially launched in Denmark and quickly expanded to other markets including the Nordics, Germany, and the UK. The program has already shown positive results, increasing customer engagement, purchase frequency, and average order value.
